Municipality of Greifensee – Restructuring strategy
In order to be prepared for the future, Encira is supporting the municipality of Greifensee on its path to net zero. To this end, Encira is developing a renovation strategy for the municipality's building portfolio.
The project
The municipality of Greifensee strives to exploit the existing energy potential for the municipality's own building portfolio. In particular, the replacement of fossil heating systems and the energy-efficient refurbishment of existing buildings are expedient here. There is further scope for action in the expansion of the existing heating network. The potential for photovoltaic systems is also being examined and recommendations made. Encira is drawing up a refurbishment strategy for the municipality of Greifensee, which will be used as a recommendation for action in the coming years.
