The project
Four buildings are being constructed on the forward-looking Lokstadt site in Winterthur. The "Rocket" high-rise, currently one of the tallest timber residential buildings, will include apartments and a hotel. The three "Tigerli" buildings will contain apartments and commercial space. Encira was commissioned to provide specialist planning and advice in the areas of building physics, acoustics and sustainability.
