The "Rocket & Tigerli" buildings on the Lokstadt site in Winterthur are a sustainable project for future generations.
The project
The building complex comprises around 30,000 m² of usable space with attractive rental apartments and, together with the three complementary ‘Tigerlis’, forms a striking urban ensemble. Encira was commissioned to provide specialist planning and advice in the areas of building physics, acoustics and sustainability.
