Energy certification and structural engineering support for a wooden house in Zumikon.
The project includes structural engineering and energy efficiency certification for a single-story modular home in Zumikon. The building will be constructed entirely of wood and rests on a stilt-supported structure, enabling a lightweight, resource-efficient construction method with minimal impact on the terrain.
As part of Encira’s services, the thermal properties of the building envelope were analyzed, including an assessment of the component structures, thermal bridge analysis, moisture protection, and summer heat protection. The design and construction are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the cantonal energy law and the MuKEn standards, ensuring an energy-optimized and legally compliant building.
