Tenant fit-out Inventx, Bubenberg Bern

Encira is providing comprehensive acoustic services to support the fit-out of Inventx AG’s new office premises in the Bubenbergzentrum in Bern. On behalf of Inventx AG, Encira assessed the room acoustics and sound insulation for the third floor and a section of the fourth floor. Our work focuses on the needs of future occupants: quiet working conditions, good speech intelligibility, and a balanced acoustic environment for modern, flexible ways of working. Through early acoustic analyses and specifically developed measures, we create a performance-enhancing indoor environment that supports concentration, communication and well-being – whilst complying with all regulatory and legal requirements.
